Photos from after Christmas, New Year to last night about 15 of em. So I hope your computer isn't protesting too much.
After our three day trip in Mimpian Jadi we went to celebrate Cc's
birthday at her aunties place in Kinarut. Then a few days later Uncle
Danny and Auntie Yeeyin decided to 'spend' us all dinner!

New years eve afternoon was spent making Auntie Yeeyin's place look
presentable for Uncle T-Hot wedding reception which would be later held
in the evening. Everyone was tired and not particularly efficient much
to the consternation of Auntie Epeen who was in charge of the
reception. Everyone was still hung over from the revelry of Christmas
and having to concentrate and sew flowers on endless lengths of ribbon
was not something we were looking forward to. After alot of shouting,
pushing, scolding and black faces (amidst laughter from those who
thought the situation funny) my aunts home looked presentable and they
waited for guest to arrive whilst me and my cousins went home to
prepare.

Tapai: Fermented rice wine. A must for weddings or for any celebratiosn for
that matter.

After the reception we stayed till it was time to do the Countdown (by
that time bangas giler!). While waiting for the New Year to arrive most
of them were gambling heavily (and drunk as a bawdy sailor) while the rest of us watched our
performance during Christmas which Boy recorded for us. When midnight
arrived we were singing and holding hands, this ushering of 2006 was extra
special because we had relatives from Johor with us and laughter and
tears were flowing freely by the time we finished singging and hugging
each other whispering tenderly 'Happy New Year'.
My beautiful cousins went back to Johor two days ago with their parents
and baby Jill. I'm so glad that they arrived home safely and are now
enjoying their holiday (illegal!) before going to school next week.
Potong skool lah kan!
asking Vincent to go to the (then) losing team and with his help they
decimated us. Highlight of the night was Chee trying to draw a stuffed
animal. But it turned out horrendous with most of thinking
unsavoury thought with a dash of bestiality thrown in. I didn't
know what aposthrophe was, and Vincent's yoga pose was ingenious as he
painstakingly drew a man with his legs crossed in the air with one hand
supposrting him. Amazing! Miao's drawing of a spoon leaves alot to be desired.
After pictionary we went to Blue Note to chill.

That night (due to the boys being high and plied liberally with
alcohol) I manage to get my first BEYOND GODLIKE status here in
Malaysia. Sigh, not that happy cause the dudes were drunk. But then
again a win is still a win! MUAHAHAHAHHAHAHA. I used Shandalzare.
Last night my cousins Ideal and her brother Ivan with Boy came over to
the house for a game or two of Gin Rum Mi. I thought that we would be
done by 1am. My plans of winning oodles of money and then going to
sleep early with a smile on my face was rudely dashed. Ideal and Ivan
were the ones winning OODLES OF MONEY!!! So me and Boy refused to stop
resulting in all of us going to Lido hawker stalls to buy food at 4am
and continuing playing till I had to send Ash to school which was
around 6.20am. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha so much for my plans. And no, I did not win my money back.
After sending Ash to school, kakak to market and getting my mums
prescription at the hospital. I manage to crash into bed by 9am and
slept till 3 in the evening. Not peacefully mind you since the phone
WOULDN'T stop ringing and for some reason nearly all of them were for
me. *groan
Alex didn't play but he stayed up with us and he became the 'tip' of our jokes. muahahahhahahaha

If anything happens I just wanna say that I didn't regret anything in
my life...well except that conversation with Rudy, Jackie and Kevin
about flowered nippples and the flapping penis. Besides that
nothing...not even my ex...and B's ex.

Geng Denggit...
Well here we are in Hong Kong airport expecting a boarding pass so we can go out and explore only to be told that the counter closed an hour ago. We would have made it if our stupid flight had not been delayed for three hours.
So me and my mum are stuck in the lounge where we have to time ourselves to use the shower, bed and buffet all for the neck wringing price of 700HK.
My plans of visiting Tim and basking in Hong Kongs polluted air is not going to matrialise anytime soon. Well untill 10th of February that is where my agent manage to book a hotel outside the airport for me when I need to fly back to KK to go back to go back to New Zealand.
Wah, if it wasn't for the World Toy fair being held here in Hong Kong we would have gotten a room somewhere in teh city BUT NOOOOOOoOooOO here I am in Hong Kong and yet I'm not.
Mummy is now chatting with ash, dad and boo online. I wish home.
